Hi, I’m Sam. For 26 years I’ve helped women feel confident in their skin. And for a long time, I walked in the same shoes as so many of you: working 60-hour weeks, caring for everyone but myself. I longed for somewhere that offered genuine care and real results in the same room, and when I couldn’t find it, I created it. Every appointment here begins with “how are you feeling?” Sometimes we talk, sometimes you drift off. This is your space to let go, and I’d love to look after you.

Yes. Your New Client Invitation gives you my complete Signature Skin Ritual for £114 on your first visit. Nothing is reduced or shortened. This introductory invitation simply gives you the chance to experience Spirit & Skin for yourself, and only six are available.
You don’t need to know. That’s what I’m here for. Your appointment begins with a detailed consultation and advanced skin scan, so I can hand-pick the products and technologies for exactly what your skin needs on the day.
No, and that’s a promise. I’ll never push products or treatments on you. You’ll leave with honest, personalised advice and your skin scan results, and whether you return is entirely your choice. This is your time to relax, not a sales appointment.
You’ll find me at 48 Berners Street, Ipswich (IP1 3LU), in a beautiful grade II listed building with private parking. Please allow 90 minutes for your visit, and I’d recommend clearing your diary afterwards so you don’t have to rush off. Evening and weekend appointments are available.
Choosing a new skin specialist is an investment, especially when you’ve never experienced my work. These six New Client Invitations make that first decision easier. They’re a chance to experience my approach, expertise and sanctuary before deciding whether you’d like to continue your skin journey with me.
Yes. I personalise every Signature Skin Ritual completely, which means I carefully select the most appropriate technologies and products for your skin, including sensitive and reactive skin. We talk everything through during your consultation before anything begins.
After a single ritual, your skin can look brighter, smoother, fresher and more hydrated. Deeper improvements in fine lines, texture and firmness build over a series and consistent home care. Some treatments, such as microneedling, can cause temporary pinkness, and we’ll talk this through at your consultation.
Once all six have been reserved, or the invitation period closes, the Signature Skin Ritual returns to its usual £190. Many of my clients then enjoy it every four to six weeks to maintain healthy, radiant skin. If you’d like one of the six, you’re warmly invited to claim yours.
